Jun 19, 2012 6:31 AM in response to Piquiby Texas Mac Man,Need to know what Mac you have. If it's an older Mac with a PowerPC processor, you are at the max OS. If your Mac has an Intel processor, you can upgrade to Snow Leopard OS 10.6 and possibly Lion OS 10.7.
Cheers, Tom

Jun 22, 2012 9:33 AM in response to Piquiby Neville Hillyer,You can buy Snow Leopard here:
http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A
For details about upgrading this to Lion or Mountain Lion see:
http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD256Z/A
In each case check that your Mac complies with the requirements.
If you are not in the US you should use the Change Country link at the bottom of the page.
