I try to activate the personal hotspot and i cant find the option. I change the carrier a few weeks ago and i was wondering if the personal hotspot depend of wich carrier are you using

Personal hotspot would have to be provided by the carrier and you would ahve to subscribe to a plan for this feature.
Yes. You must be using a supported carrier that supports the Personal Hotspot feature and you must be paying for a data plan that allows tethering.
