My cousin jailbroke my ipod. And I don't want it jailbroken. How do I fix it?

Get you cousin to put your iPod back in the same condition in which he recieved it. It is against the terms of use of this Apple forum to help with jailbroken devices.
Put the iPod into Recovery Mode and then try restoring it:

If that still doesn't work, as a last resort try DFU mode:

If that still doesn't work, then the jailbrake may have permanently damaged the iPod and there's nothing further we here can advise.
