DEAD... iPod nano (6th gen) after Software update version 1.1 and failed


and, of course, my warranty period expired on June 12th, 2012.


nano is completely unresponsive...


I've tried:

cherging the unit,

powering on,

powering on while also holding down volume button.


Nano is NOT recognized in iTunes ( when connected to computer.


any suggestions?
