iPod displays a message stating: "TV Out Enabled: Please Connect Video Accessory"

I have two different video cables that I previously was able to successfully use with my Nano 5th G. (one at home to output to TV, one at gym on treadmill)

Again, both worked fine. My TV Out is yes to "On", as it always is.

Then,I got a new windows 7 computer with latest Itunes verison (10.6.3.25) and synched after deauthorizing previous laptop. Now, I get the "TV Out Enabled" even with connector in place.

I've tried restoring to factory four times, to no avail.
