Contact that carreir and ask if they offer this service and if you qualify.
but i have factory unlocked iphone 4.....
if your phone is factory unlocked it should work on all carriers
as for updating it connect it to a computer and update through itunes.

i jst wnt 2 ask that if i m having factory unlocked iphone4 and if i update my iphone with restoring thn it cn be directly updated or it will nt work for my carrier....
If your iphone is officially unlocked, then updating will not lock it.
