Airplay not working on iTunes 10.6.3 on Lion 10.7.4

Hi All,

I did the recent upgrades for OSX and now AirPlay on my Mac (MBA 11) is not working. It works fine on my iPhone 4s, but I haven't upgraded its OS in several weeks now.

I reset my Airport Express and the iPhone still streams fine, but not the Mac!

Puzzled...
