I exported my Keynote presentation in HTML, and placed it on our website — http://www.twf.org/News/Y2012/0615-911/assets/player/KeynoteDHTMLPlayer.html#0.
It works fine when I view it in Safari on my Powerbook Pro and iPad2. It does not load when I try Firefox. I've also heard from PC and Android users who have the same problem.
I used the current version of Keynote and Mac OS X.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Its the URL that is wrong. The link should go to the folder containing the index.html file and the "assets" folder...

Roddy, if the URL was wrong it wouldn't work in any browser. Click on the URL provided. It works !!
The URL you provided doesn't work in Firefox. There's something in the path stopping it.
The more direct path is to the index.html file in the main folder exported by Keynote which would be this...

I found the problem. Some browsers don't like the URL I posted in my initial post. Here's one that seems to work both in Safari and Firefox:

I created it by dragging the index file from the Keynote HTML folder into Safari.
You could have done the same thing by dragging the primary index.html file from the main folder! That's the one that points to the assets/fallback folder.
The "solution" you provided is exactly the one I pointed you to in a previous post!
Here's the curious thing.
I exported my presentation from Keynote in HTML (created the folder 0615-911). Then I dragged the index.html file from this folder into the browser.

The Safari created link does not work in Firefox. The Firefox created link works in both browsers, and loads faster.
Why doesn't Keynote on web not work for some browsers?
