Q: Why do apps crash on my iPad 2 after restoring it?

I have been experiencing trouble with my iPad 2 after restoration from the most current iTuns backup. Bi freed up space with 19.5 GB free of available memory. The version update is 5.1.1.  I get errors updating this device.  Can anyone give me recommendations to solve these problems?  Your help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
