    That is usually caused by the network.

     

    Check www.speedtest.net for connection speed

    6mbps required for instant 720P content, 8mbps for 1080p

     

    Sometimes interference can be an issue. Check www.istumbler.net or netstumbler to rule that out

     

    Ensure you are using your ISPs DNS
