Upgrading to v 3.3 Aperture
It's been 48 hours for the "processing" of step 7of 7
Upgrading my library to v 3.3.
It's 155g should I start over or just wait.

Start over and rebuild the library before you try again to convert it to Version 3.3.
It may be that your library is corrupted, has a permission problem, or contains a corrupted image. I'd try the "Aperture 3 Library First Aid Tools". Force Quit Aperture if it refuses to quit, and then hold down the command and options-key combination (⌘⌥) while you launch Aperture, and try if the "Rebuild Database" tools work on your Library.
