I forgot the answers to my sercurity questions and when it says it sent me the e-mail to change them it never did. How do I fix this?

I was trying to download music and when it asked me for answers to some sercurity questions I forgot them. So when I tried to change them, it says it sent me a reset thing to my e-mail. Well, I never got it no matter how many times I tried to send it but it did send me other e-mails about updating my profile and stuff but never the reset thing. How do I fix this problem?😕

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

It should have sent the email to your rescue email address. Make sure you are checking your rescue email account, and that the email isn't in a spam folder. If you still can't locate it you'll have to contact iTunes store support for help with this: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.
