Jun 22, 2012 11:42 PM in response to sunshineboy78by Eyestowardskys,I have had this issue 3 times now and unfortunately just started to experience it again. This iPod, though great in idea, has been a horrible design. The buttons stick and render it useless. My local Apple store has been great with exchanging it since it is under warranty but having to exchange it every 2-3 months doesn't make me a happy consumer. One time they asked if i use it to work out. When I said yes, I was told to maybe try to avoid getting sweat on it. Really? You put Nike+ on it for me to run with and then you suggest I not sweat when I run? Perhaps if the product was designed better, it wouldn't keep breaking. I got it because of the Nike+ and I'm not going to haul a phone around when I run. God luck, I will be taking mine back as soon as I have the time o get there.

Jun 22, 2012 11:43 PM in response to Eyestowardskysby Eyestowardskys,Oh, and I bought the Bose earbuds with the volume controls built in the wire so I didn't have to use the buttons on the iPod.. That didn't seem to work though.
