how to connect iPod Classic to bluetooth dongle?

Most bluetooth dongles plug into the dock connector port on the bottom of the iPod. What bluetooth dongle are you trying to connect it with?

I looked on that product's support page and didn't see anything about it being compatible with an iPod Classic.

I want to connect (wirelessly) my ipod classic 80gb(model: MB029LL) to my bluetooth car system...is this possible using an ipod adapter/dongle- would you have any recommendations of which one to purchase...Thanks

You would need to make sure the dongle supports the same Bluetooth profiles that are supported by your car's stereo system which is commonly the A2DP profile. So first figure out what profiles are supported by the car's stereo system.
