iPod only says www.applle.com/ipod/support
My computer and itunes both do not pick up my iPod when it's hooked up

Try manually placing the iPod into Disk Mode to at least try and have the iPod mount as an external drive/device on your Windows 7 PC that you can access via Start Menu -> Computer.
The message on screen is usually a very strong indicator of hardware damage with your device, meaning there is a good chance you'll need to have it serviced or replaced.
