iMovie and copyrights laws / youtube

We purchased imovie for our small business to make videos of cars we sell. We upload them to youtube to be embedded on our website. All the music in our video comes from Imovies sounds. This morning Youtube have flagged all my video saying I am in breach of copywrite so I replied with this statement from the Apple T's and C's

MUSIC ON THIS VIDEO IS ROYALTY FREE

Apple Computer, Inc. - Soundtrack Pro Software License Agreement

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions. This License allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple Software on a single computer at a time. You may use the Apple and third party audio file content (including, but not limited to, the built-in sound files, samples and impulse responses) (collectively the "Audio Content"), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your film, video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Audio Content, however, individual audio files may not be commercially or otherwise distributed on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound files or music beds.

Anyway they have come back to me stating that the claim has been rejected???

DigDis Dispute rejected, claim has been reinstated.

I have actually spoken to a barristar and a solicitor who I know for advice and they are in the same mind as me that I have not broken copyrights.

At this point I am thourhly confused, We bought this software for this very purpose and in good fiath believe we are not breaking any laws. Does anybody have any ideas on this??

This is a very vexing problem. You are clearly in the right, but the question is, how much money do you want to spend on legal fees to prove you are right?

This is a frequent problem, even for pros using Final Cut Pro.

It has happened to me at least 10 times, and they usually back down.

The apple legal language for iMovie is here, in sectio 2.G.iii. http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/iLife11.pdf

I managed to get DigDis Claim to be rejected through my response to youtube with the claim process.

Thanks for you note here, I wish I saw it before I made my response it would have made it easier.
