why cant i upgrade my ipod touch 3th generation to 5.0?
cant upgrade y ipod 3th generation model to ios 5.1.1..
but i can with my ipod 4th generation

If yu are stuck with iOS 4.2.1 then you really have an 2G iPod. Those can only go to 4.2.1.
