How do I uninstall Quicktime-the uninstaller cannot locate quicktime.msi

I need to remove Quicktime from my computer in order to receive Adobe images from the courthouse. Tried to do the uninstall but the uninstaller could not locate the file. Searched and found a location but the message I received indicated that QuickTime.msi file cannot be found. Any suggestions?

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATION" User uploaded filethingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up").

In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any QuickTime entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC.
