Itunes keeps asking to "transfer purchases".

Even if I say yes, then let it sync, then hit sync again right after it's done. Why is this?

Also, when i'm synching items, is it possible to make the little status window at the top of itunes STAY on the task so I can see progress instead of switching to downloads, other synching or just crap I don't want to see? I hit the little "play" button on the left of the little window to get back to what I want to see but then the sumbich switches back right away....aarrrrrggghhhhh1!!!!!@@!!
