You can include a water mark when priting by selecting the "Watermark" section from the print dialog.:

If this watermark feature is part of the printer driver and you don;t have this feature you can add a text box, then rotate the box 45 deg, make the font the color and texture you want, then copy and paste it to each page of you document:

You can place this text below ar above other content as you see fit by using the menu item "Arrange > Bring To Front" or "Arrange > Send To Back"

Thank you so much for your time Wayne. Unfortunately, my printer doesn't have the "watermark feature". I did what you suggested with the text box, but my problem is that the words "DRAFT" cover the other words on the page. When I send the word "DRAFT" to the back, it totally disappears. Deb

Hi Deb,

There may be a good reason to go the the extra trouble to put your watermark behind the content rather on top of it. I just did a little experiment, which I hope someone else will confirm, that indicates that even with Fill set to None, it's not possible to click through a text box to a table below. This means that you won't be able to work on your tables with the text box on top and will be having to send the text to the back, work on the table, then bring the text back to the front for printing.

If you want to place your text box in the back and not have it obscured, set the Table Fill to None. Referring to Wayne's last graphic above, Select all your tables, at once, in the Sheets Pane and set the fill to None by clicking on the square with the diagonal line after clicking the Fill button on the Format Bar. If you are using conditional formatting or other shading specific to certain cells, then you may have to deal with that shading as well.

Regards,

Jerry
