Q: Why do I get an update carrier popup, every single time I plug in to update my podcasts etc?

Every time I connect the iPad (latest version, 64gb with an 02 sim - this is in the UK) Every time, I get the carrier update message.  Everytime?

iPad, iOS 5.1.1
