Ipad 2 16 GB or 32 GB ...

Apps and videos take up the most memory. If you plan on having multiple videos and a fair amount of apps, get the 32GB model.

I suggest that you get the largest size capacity that you can afford. You cannot add storage later on - and even though you say "not so many movies" - you say that you mention videos. Movies and videos can eat up storage pretty quickly.

i have 109 apps on my iPad and those take up almost 7 GB of space. One movie and a few TV show "shorts" take up about 2.5GB on my iPad. You'd be surprised at how quickly the space is eaten up once you start to download music, photos, apps, and so on.

Remember this as well, the 16GB model has about 14.5GB of storage out of the box. The preinstalled apps and the iOS take up some space already.

Go for the biggest you can afford.

I have a 16 gig

and I have on it 4 movies, hundreds of documents, couple dozen apps, about 3 albums and some photos. I have 1-2 gig free depending on how many photos I hoard.

When/if I buy a new iPad, I'll get a 32 gig, then I won't have to worry about storage as much.
