    -Please check under Settings - Sounds - Vibrate On Ring should be turned On.

     

    -If it still doesn't work try to do a reset from - Settings - General - Reset & Reset All Settings.

     

    That should fix the issue.

    Hi,

     

    There are three things you can do in this case.

    1) Go to Settings > Sounds > Vibrate On Ring - and make sure it is turned ON.

    2) If that doesn't work, hold the on/off and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears.

    3) If all this doesn't work, visit an Apple Store.

    for iOS 7.0.4

     

    First Check that in the "Sounds Menu"   Vibrate on Ring  and   Vibrate on Silent     is    On.

     

    If your iphone still not Vibrating

     

    Open,   Settings -> Sounds -> RingTone  -> Vibration  and check that Vibration is not off.

     

    I hope this solve the problem...
