Edited Photos Not Displaying in iPhoto 9.3

New MacBook Pro Retina. Moved library from old computer. Updated to 9.3. Also installed Aperature Now, photos that have been edited (rotated, red-eye, etc. in iPhoto or more extreme editing in external editor) are not showing up - just a black box. If I Reveal in Finder, no file is found. If I Revert to Original, the photo comes back. Of course, this is not a good option because I have to re-edit all those photos. Here's what I've tried:

- Command Option permission fixes, db repairs / rebuilds

- Deleted caches

- Deleted preferences

Am I missing something?
