Invalid characters present in name

I am trying to add a new legal entity in itunesconnect (the first one for my account) and I receive an error message:

"Invalid characters present in name"

As a result, I am unable to add a legal entity and unable to proceed with uploading my books / accepting a contract.

The company name includes a "-" which is a read only field.

Anyone else having this issue?

Any workarounds/fixes???
