Photos Library

Ok I had to do a complete restore, the reason was because when I try, there was this file called other that was taking up to 8 gig of space, well I did a manual back up of my photos, and when I restored a fresh start and put my photos back into the iphone there is two folders called Photo Library and the name of the folder I use to save the photo I had in my iphone on my imac desktop well now there is two folders with the same images is this normal the photo library has the same photos as the folder with the name I used to save in my desktop here is a capture screen of what I am talking about

Is this normal
