MacBook Bootcamp Installation USB Help?

I have a MacBook Mid 2010 Unibody, and I'm trying to install windows 7 64 bit using only a flash drive, because my DVD drive isn't working. Is there any way to do this? Whenever I try to partition, it tells me that i need to insert the disc.. Clearly this isn't possible (or at least i'm not sure how) Any help? I've seen rEFIT, etc, but I just need to partition my hard drive without having a disc inserted.
