How can I clear a saved password for a "device" wireless network?

So I created a wireless network on my phone. I typo'ed the password and hit return. It must have had the "save password" checkbox checked because now, when I try to connect, it just automatically connects, but because the password is incorrect, it doesn't actually obtain an IP. Even when I change the wireless network name, it's acting like it still remembers the device.

I know where to clear a preferred wireless network/pasword, but my tethered network appears under "Devices" in the Airport menu and I guess it's not concidered a normal wireless network?

I checked keychain access real fast... is there anywhere else I should look?
