itunes 10.6.3 not supporting video

I tried to add my persnonal video to my itunes then to my iphone. However itunes 10.6.3 recently updated is not allowing me to add any of my videos though i converted it to iphone mp4 format using various video converting tools (any video converter, xillisoft, handbrake, prism, videora, wondershare etc.) as prescribed in various sites. But none worked for me. Can anyone help me how to add my personal video to itunes 10.6.3 then to my iphone. I would be very grateful.

Same problem here. Using iTunes 10.6.3.25 on a Windows 7 machine. Dragging movies to iTunes results in no visible action from iTunes. No error message and nothing is being importing.

Try playing the video in the Quicktime Player. If it plays, use the Quicktime Share menu to share the video to iTunes. Quicktime will convert it as necessary and add the converted copy to your iTunes Movies library.
