It is possible to put application without wifi
Hi its possible to put application in new ipad without wifi. If its connected through pc
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1
You don't need to be connected to wifi to sync apps to the iPad : connect the iPad to your computer via the supplied cable, select the iPad on left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and use the Apps tab on the right-hand side to select which of the apps that you have on your computer's iTunes that you want on the iPad.
