red line down the middle of my 30"

Hi all,

I have my 30" Cinema Display connected to my MacBookPro via Apple's 'Mini Display Port to Dual-Link DVI Adapter' and have been working with it thay way for a couple of years now.

This morning i had a good old fashioned 'total' crash whilst trying to access my bank's website (would be the bank, wouldn't it!). So shut down, unplugged everything. Left it for about 15mins. Came back, re-connected everything. All booted up fine except that i now have a fine red line down the middle of my Cinema Display. It's very fine line, bit like a guide rule from Quark, inDesign or Photoshop.

Anybody have any idea how to deal with this?
