Preview is showing colors incorrectly.

Hello.

In Preview colors are showing incorrectly.

Red becomes black, blue becomes black, etc..

Looked all over the web and haven't found out how to correct this problem.

The version on the right is the preview image with black pole sleeve. The correct image is on the left with a red pole sleeve PMS 485.

It has been doing this for a couple months.

OS X version 10.7.4 on Mac Pro from the middle of 2010.
