How do I combine multiple apple ids?
I have 2 Apple IDs and I would like to combine or join the 2. How do I do this?

that answer/lack of solution just doesn't seem very "Apple" -
Why?
If users have 2 IDs - then Apple should automatically identify the user and combine within their network.
We're all just users here. None of us can tell you why Apple does anything. (We may have opinions, but we don't know.)
As for your second sentence, there is considerable question about how Apple could tell that two given AppleIDs belong to the same individual.
Not saying it wouldn't be convenient for many people, but some users actually want to maintain several separate iCloud accounts.
