Does somone knows if is possible to hide from follower but at the same time show a wrong address?
iPhone 4S, Find my friends app
There's privacy controls but I don't think there's a way, for example, to make it show you are in the library studying when you are really at the theater watching a movie.

You can't set a wrong location on purpose, but occasionally when the signals are unreliable it can get it wrong itself.
Is it possibe to set a wrong location ( will show a location but is not the right one) to hide from followers in find friends app
