I've retrieved my key from my Apple account countless times in the past when I've reformatted my PC. Now when I go to order history, it's nowhere to be found. Any ideas?

Apple has changed their Site many times since QuickTime Player Pro 7 was released in April of 2005 and "Downloadable Software History" links have been dead for a while.
You could search through your emails for the original order from Apple or call them on the phone?
My quicktime pro key is no longer in my order history. What gives?
