I am getting this message: The iTunes Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-54)

Does anyone know how to fix this? Since the newest update this happens when I click to a different application or when I am trying to save any changes made to my music or movies.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
