it didn't address my log-in issues. i can log in to apple.com using my e-mail address & password. i can use my password to update software on the phone. yet, find my iPhone says my apple ID and/or password is incorrect. it's not. i've done it 20 times now
find my iPhone won't let me log in. i know what my creds are because i needed them to log in to make this complaint. i know what my user id is, i know what my password is, i've typed my password at least 20 times into find my Iphone with no success.
