Safari & remember login info

My password to a certain site changed, and Safari wouldn't remember the new password; it maintained the old one. So I went in to Safari preferences and removed the site from the list. Now, I can't get Safari to remember the username or the password. I exited Safari and went back to the site again, but the login boxes were empty.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Hi..

Open Keychain Access located in /Applications/Utilities

Select Passwords on the left.

Type in the name of the site top right corner of the window in the search field.

Now right or control click that keychain then click Delete.

Now from your Safari menu bar top of your screen, click Safari > Preferences then select the Autofill tab.

Make sure User names and passwords is selected.

Navitage to that site. Enter your user name and password. Click Yes when prompted to save that data to a new keychain.

If you still have problems, back to Keychain Access.

From that menu bar top of your screen click Keychain Access > Keychain First Aid

Click Verify. If necessary, click Repair.

Keep in mind, not all sites "save" user names due to security issues.
