Q: My iPad always has no service although my account says that I have plenty of data available. It is happening everywhere, including places that my IPhone is receiving 3G service. Does anyone know why?

    First thing to try is a reboot of your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.

     

    If that doesn't worK I'd take my ad to an Apple store for a consultation.
