No hotspot in the new ipad with DIGI
I have tried to search for a solution for the missing Hotspot in the new iPad and not successful.
So I wrote to DIGI (the service provider) about this and this is the reply:

With reference to your email, please be informed that personal hotspot is a device feature. Therefore, it would be advised to refer to the device manual for information about personal hotspot and configuration or refer to Apple support.
