If there is no sound/music playing, computer starts to make white noise (unless muted). After sound/music starts, computer pops speakers/headphones (white noise stops). How can I fix this?

What all devices do you have connected?
It sounds like a Ground loop... voltage leaking somewhere.
I have the charger and Bose speakers connected at the moment, I also noticed it with headphones. If it is a ground loop, what is the next step? Thank you!
Well, we need to try it with some AC disconnected or connected to different outlets to find out which device or soket is causing it. not sure what you can do there.
