I purchased a TV show but when i try to download to my ipod it say it can not be played on this device?

32GB Ipod touch. I was able to DL the pilot episode of the West Wing and it played on the ipod just fine, but for some reason episode two and three would not DL to the ipod and then i tried the pilot episode of suits and it would not download on the ipod
Very weird, I would contact iTunes. The easiest way would be to go to your email invoice and click on report a problem
