iCloud and photos?

today my sister deleted almost all of my pictures on my iPad, how can I get them back using iCloud, it says the last backup was 4 hours ago.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1

Go to your Photo Stream album in the Photos app. Select the photos you want to restore to your iPad and tap on "save." Then choose "Save to camera roll."
