How to sync 10 iPads at once?

I am a teacher and want to purchase 10 iPad 2's for my class. I was wondering if I can sync the iPads all at once and charge them all with using just a 10 slot USB port? I know there is the $1000 tray option by Brentwood but that will put me over budget. My school has PC's so I may be plugging it in to that but there is a possibility of using a MacBook if needed (which I am sure I will need to).

You cannot sync 10 iPads with a consumer hub. (Not enough power) I would recommend that you choose a professional, durable hub from Datamation Systems. They have a variety of charging and syncing products which can charge the iPads at the Apple recommended 2.1 amps as well as sync them simultaneously using their device. Syncing can be done through iTunes or Apple configurator software tool. Visit www.ipadcarts.com for more information.
