Logic pro 9.1.7 (64 bit & 12gb ram) system overload

Yesterday I bought Logic Pro 9 (Appstore) and I have 12GB RAM and Logic in 64 bit.

Bud when I simpy play a beat and 1 vocal (with no effects) the CPU status is all ready red.

And when I put effects on it , it crash very soon with the system overload message!!

What to do???
