I'm tring to get siri to work.

general-settings-resrtictions ca't find siri can someone please help me?

Settings > General > Siri > Siri On.

To use Siri: Hold the home button for 3-5 seconds and speak to it.

HI Anamusic

When I go to settings-general no siri.

When i go to settings-general-resrtictions still no siri

When I press home button for 4 sec I get voice controll
