How to report an invalid support address for a crashing app purchase?

Hi, I recently bought Scribblenauts Remix, which for some reason is not working on my iPad 2.

I tried to go to the support page of the developer to either get some help, or to get my money refunded... but the link doesn't lead to the proper place and I'm unable to figure out:

A) How to get support from the developer anyway;

B) How to report this to Apple, so I can get my money refunded somehow.

Any help?
