I recommend you to make a hard reset (hold Start and Home buttons) and your iPad will reboot

Thanks for the reply. This worked; however, the trick is to immediately hit the settings icon before the message reappears. If you are too slow, message will appear again and need to hard reboot again and then be quicker. Thanks again!
