I forgot my apple ID security question answers. Help?

In order to edit the answers to the security questions you need know the answers to the original questions. It does have a link that says it will send the security questions to your email If you forgot it, but I checked my email and it never came. I also did this yesturday and nothing came in my email either. Help, please?
