Xfinity app failing

Xfinity app failing

I have a 4s. downloaded the xfinity app. works well untill i power off the phone. when power on and go to the app all i get is a blank screen. Have downloaded the app 3xs in last day. get same results each time. ????

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, New phone

I have talked to Xfinity. They say they have never heared of this before and are researching. I also have a second Iphone 4s(both are one week old). The app works fine on the second Iphone.
